Property: Self contained, detached house, with heated pool and large deck area in c. 1 acre of garden.

 

Access: Our hand over team will clean throughout and service the pool on handover day, Simon Richardson will come and cut the grass plus service the pool usually mid-week. All are English, friendly and have a good knowledge of the local area so feel free to ask their advice.

Location: Rural Setting - farm land on three sides, one neighbour to the fourth.

Letting Period: Weekly rental periods are from 4.00 p.m. Saturday to 10.00 a.m. Saturday. Long term renters, midweek & short breaks are negotiable.

 

Theme: Family, relaxing by the pool, barbeque, tourist attractions, outdoor pursuits, country lovers.

General: Gas central heating & portable heater, electric water heating, linen & bath towels provided.

 

Kitchen / Dining: 4 ring gas stove & oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dining area with seating for 8 people (Additional Chairs Available).

Infants & Babies: Suitable for parents with babies and small children. A cot and high chair are provided, stair gate protects both twin rooms.

 
Living Room: Triple & double sofa plus one easy chair, TV, UK Sky (freeview), DVD, Video, Stereo with iPod interface.

Bathroom / WC: Shower room with basin, bathroom with bath, toilet & basin plus poolside shower room with toilet, basin and shower. Towels are provided.

 

Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 8 plus cot with 2 further "z-bed" available. 1 large double with cot, 1 double, 2 twin single, 2 "z-bed" moveable as required.

 

Pool: Entirley enclosed (in line with legal requirement) 8.5m x 5.5m (max) heated swimming pool, 1.2m deep throughout, paved surround with six lay flat loungers. Tiled pool area 11m x 9m.

 

Deck: Large deck area (largest section 7m x 5m) accessed from kitchen, stable style back door: Large teak top table and 8 wood / fabric chairs, large "wind up" sun shade, Weber gas barbeque.

Outside: Large barn with table tennis table, gated parking for as many cars as you like, enclosed, gated and fully fenced one acre garden, rotary washing line. 
 

Disability Access: Given the age of the property wheelchair access is very difficult. Please contact us in person should you wish to discuss the possibilities.
