La Lorrie is a traditional 19th Century stone and slate farmhouse transformed into a comfortable and spacious holiday home.

 

 

There is large outside living area with a heated swimming pool.  Our pool is heated to 28 degrees (like your local leisure centre).

 

The accommodation consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms which makes this a great farmhouse for eight to ten people. 

 

The house has been renovated to the highest standard and provides a most excellent base from which to explore the area, visit the coast or local atrractions, or just swim and soak up the sun in peace.

 

On the ground floor is a spacious and well equipped modern farmhouse kitchen and dining room.

 

The lounge comprises a three and two seater sofa plus single arm chair with UK Freesat (Sky) TV if needed. Feel free to bring your own Sky viewing card if you want to watch premium channels.

 

Upstairs on the first floor, there are two large double bedrooms (one with a cot) along with shower room and bathroom. Take the stairs to the second floor to find two twin bedrooms with stunning views over open countryside.

 

Outside at the back of the house is a very large decked area with steps down to the outdoor shower room, WC and washing machine. The deck itself provides ample space for meals and sun bathing being around 40 square metres. A table and eight chairs are available along with a Weber gas barbeque.  There is a barn next to the house which doubles as a games room with full sized table tennis table.   

 

Beyond the deck is the 8.5 x 5.5 metre heated swimming pool. In accordance with French regulations, this is enclosed by a lockable and toddler proof (even when unlocked) fence.

 

The roughly one acre plot is surrounded on all sides by open fields and is very peaceful. There is a swing and play frame in the garden for any little ones. 

 

No pets or smoking in the house or barn.
